PART 1

The goal in the weight loss journey is to learn how to allow and process emotion. When we learn how to truly process emotions confidently, we stop needing to escape them with food and become less afraid of feeling anything. We teach you how to overcome thought errors and process urges so you don't have to over eat or over consume on anything in order to resist or avoid them.

In part 1 we look at the science of why you can't lose weight and we develop an eating protocol that will supply you with everything you need.

In part 2 we look at the science and role of exercise, sleep and stress as it relates to weight loss.

In part 3 we take you through the tools of learning how to manage urges and process emotions so you no longer need to rely on willpower or seek the pleasure of food or over consuming anything in order to escape them.

You are someone that is an embodiment of pure love & potential, that is filtering life through a lens of feeling inadequate, unloved or unsafe that is carrying too much weight because you seek refuge from that pain & other negative emotions by taking comfort from food or other substances to fill this void or distract ourselves from those feelings.
